Do I need my own design?
Of course not! You don't need to have a design already made. If you have an idea of what you'd like that's a good start. We can create a custom high-quality look designed to boost engagement for a one-time setup fee.

Design fees are issued per design. When re-ordering magnets with the same design, no additional design fees will be necessary.
Do I need to have my artwork at the time of placing my order?
No, whether you have a design or need a custom design made you can submit artwork later by simply emailing Orders@TheBaldShop.com. Include your order number and name/business name in subject line. Be sure to attach artwork so we can get production started.
If you have your artwork already, simply upload your completed design with your order.
Im creating my own design, what are some recommendations on my completed artwork?
To ensure a near perfect print we recommend the following:
- Bleed: 6mm or 1/4" margin outside the final trim line.
- Safe Zone (Margin): Keep important text and logos at least 5mm inside the trim line to prevent them from being cut off.
- Resolution: Ensure all images and graphics are at least 300 DPI for high-quality printing.
- Color Mode: Design should be in CMYK format (preferred), RGB (acceptable).
- File Format: Preferred file format: PNG. Other accepted file formats are PSD, JPG/JPEG, and TIFF.
How do I submit my artwork for my order?
Wheather you have a completed design or have the essentials (logo, QR code, etc.) for us to design yours; simply upload all files at the time of placing your order.
If you're having trouble uploading, or just need to send artwork at a later time; simply place your order without uploading anything. Then email your artwork to Orders@TheBaldShop.com. Include your order number in the subject line.
Do you offer digital proofs?
Yes, Absolutely! Within 2-4 business days you'll receive a digital proof via the email that was provided during the ordering process. Review content included in digital proof.
If satisfied, submit approval and confirm to move onto the production phase.
If you need a few corrections, simply leave your comments on the proof page, then select "Request Changes"
If we are designing your magnet, digital proofs could take an additional few days.
What are the magnets made of?
All magnets include:
- Glossy full-color print
- Strong magnetic backing
- Handmade in the Detroit Metro area

What is the return policy for custom magnet orders?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
We do not accept returns or refunds for buyer’s remorse or incorrect selections for magnets that are custom-made to order.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the catastrophe and we’ll gladly send replacements or issue a refund; we'll also send a return label to take the mishaps off your hands.
Due to the custom nature of our products, orders cannot be canceled once production begins.
When will I get my order?
We work quickly to hand-make and ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Production time vary depending on order size and other orders that are also in the production queue. We are a two man team, and produce all magnets in house.
Slightly exaggerated production time:
Up to 250 magnets - up to 5 business days
250 to 500 magnets - up to 10 business days
500 or more magnets - up to 15 business days
If requesting a custom design, design time is additional and separate from production and shipping times.
Where are the magnets manufactured?
Our custom magnets are printed and handmade locally in the greater Detroit, Michigan metro area.
